I wanted to email you to say how lovely it is to rent a property from such an amazing company. Our property manager Kylie is an absolute pleasure so professional and friendly. We’ve been renting at Wentworth for over a year now and she is just so helpful. We’ve had such bad experiences with property managers previously and Kylie had been so great since the day we signed. I just wanted to let you know the reason why I ended up going with you guys for the Rennie Cres property.  There are the obvious reasons in that you have looked after me with the other property when it transferred over to you from the previous agent.  However, the absolute main reason that I chose you guys was because of Lisa. I wanted to let you know as I think she does a great job. She does all of the usual admin things super-fast, is very good at following up with things but most of all I find her incredibly personable and couldn’t think of anyone that I’d rather have meeting with potential renters.

Bricks & Mortar have provided quality service with the management of my rental property. They have saved me time and worry with marketing, collecting rent and handling maintenance and repair issues. Ros and her team took the time to know my needs and concerns and continue to maintain these high standards.
