I just wanted to let you know the reason why I ended up going with you guys for the Rennie Cres property. 

There are the obvious reasons in that you have looked after me with the other property when it transferred over to you from the previous agent. 

However, the absolute main reason that I chose you guys was because of Lisa. I wanted to let you know as I think she does a great job. She does all of the usual admin things super-fast, is very good at following up with things but most of all I find her incredibly personable and couldn’t think of anyone that I’d rather have meeting with potential renters.

Kirsty Styles showed a great deal of professionalism with the sale of our rental with the first buyer falling through and then found second buyer shortly after and sealed the deal with all parties happy.
